Controller
- Name
- Sven Verhülsdonk
- Address
- Kr. Martin-Pichler-Straße 6, 6300 Wörgl, Österreich
Contact form
When you use the contact form, the details you enter are processed in order to answer your enquiry: name, company, email address, phone number and your message. Name, email address and message are required; the remaining fields are optional.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Your details are stored for as long as is necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up conversation, and beyond that only where statutory retention obligations apply.
Spam protection
The form contains a field that is invisible to you and is only ever filled in by automated programs. If it is filled in, the submission is discarded. No additional data about you are collected in the process.
Where the Cloudflare Turnstile security check is enabled, a verification is performed with Cloudflare Inc. to distinguish human from automated access. Your IP address and technical characteristics of your browser are transmitted to Cloudflare and evaluated there. Turnstile uses technically necessary signals for this, but no advertising cookies. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on the legitimate interest in preventing abusive submissions.
Email delivery
Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) is used as a processor to deliver the form message to the controller's mailbox. The form content you submitted, including your email address, is processed for this purpose.
As the provider is based in a third country, the transfer takes place on the basis of a data processing agreement and appropriate safeguards under Articles 44 et seq. GDPR.
Hosting and server logs
Technical access data are logged on the server when this website is requested.
These include the address requested, the date and time of access, the volume of data transferred, the browser type and the IP address. These data are necessary for secure and stable operation and are not used to build usage profiles. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
No analytics and no advertising cookies
This website uses no analytics, statistics or marketing services, no advertising networks, and no cookies for analytics or advertising purposes. There is no profiling and no automated decision-making. No fonts or other resources are loaded from external servers.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights towards the controller:
- Access to the data processed about you (Article 15)
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Article 16)
- Erasure (Article 17) and restriction of processing (Article 18)
- Data portability (Article 20)
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21)
